DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY TIMES

Each item is handcrafted to order by Akvile in her Edinburgh studio. Items will be sent within 3-5 working days of placing the order. In case of a piece taking longer than 5 working days, Akvile will be in touch to advise an estimated delivery date. Bespoke orders will take a little longer for despatch at around 6-8 weeks or more. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Akvile directly via email and she will try her best to accommodate your needs.

POSTAGE

Delivery is £5.00 to all UK addresses. Items are sent out using Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival. International delivery is £13.50 flat rate.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside Akvile Su Jewellery control.  

PACKAGING

All items are delivered in recycled card gift box, which can be used as a jewellery storage box to protect your new pieces.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order please notify Akvile via email within 24 hours.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Akvile within 14 days of receiving your jewellery to arrange a refund or exchange, providing it is returned unworn and in its original condition.

Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request. Please note that pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene.

Please ensure that the items are safely packaged and return to us using a signed for delivery service.

Akvile cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please inform Akvile within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Item must be returned for assessment and in the event of wilful damage being determined no refund or replacement will be given.
